Slay Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Slay. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Slay mobile application and related services (the “Services”) provided by 9-9-7, Inc. (“Slay,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you must have your parent’s or guardian’s consent. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of Services

• Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting to hack, disrupt, or abuse them.
• You agree not to upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (“User Content”), but by submitting it you grant Slay a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and must ensure you have the rights to upload and share it.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the Services for unlawful purposes
• Harassing, threatening, or harming others
• Infringing intellectual property rights
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Uploading viruses, malware, or malicious code

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms Slay, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slay, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
